Dr. Matteo Cuccuru graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pisa in 2018.
He specialized in Anaesthesia, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine at the same University in 2024.

During his training, he gained experience in emergency and urgent care and in the management of critically ill patients, participating in the regional emergency medical system and carrying out clinical activities in hospital settings, including Versilia Hospital.

His main areas of clinical interest include anaesthesia, intensive care, and pain management, with particular focus on the management of in-hospital and out-of-hospital emergencies, invasive procedures, and advanced life support.

He has attended several training and advanced courses in emergency and critical care medicine, including trauma management, invasive techniques (central venous access and chest drainage), and holds international certifications such as BLS and ATLS.
