Dr. Gianluca Albanesi graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pisa in 2016.
He completed his specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the same university in 2021, graduating with honors.

He currently works as a Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the U.O.C. of Gynecology and Obstetrics at IRCCS Sacro Cuore Don Calabria Hospital in Negrar di Valpolicella. He previously served as a First-Level Medical Officer at the U.O.C. of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Apuane Hospital in Massa Carrara.

His main areas of clinical interest include minimally invasive gynecological surgery, endometriosis, hysteroscopy, urogynecology, and gynecological ultrasound diagnostics.

He completed a period of training abroad at the Université d’Angers (France), with clinical activity in the departments of gynecology, pediatrics, oncology, and cardiology.

He has obtained certifications and diplomas in minimally invasive and endoscopic gynecological surgery (ESGE/GESEA) and has attended numerous advanced training courses in laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopy, and surgical anatomy.

He has participated in numerous national and international congresses, conferences, and courses, also as a speaker, in the fields of gynecologic oncology, endometriosis, and minimally invasive surgery.

He is the author and co-author of scientific publications in international journals.
