Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pisa with top honors. Specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology, Hand Surgery, and Microsurgery. In 2017, he served as the director of the Orthopedics and Traumatology Unit at the Cecina Hospital. For over 15 years, he has been a Contract Professor at the School of Specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Pisa, conducting lectures and seminars for the Medicine and Surgery degree course. He has authored over 100 publications in national and international journals, as well as several monographs.
