Dr.
Debora Galiano

PSYCHOLOGIST

After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree from the Gabriele D’Annunzio University of Chieti, Dr. Debora Galiano earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Dynamic Psychology from the e-Campus Telematic University, presenting an experimental thesis on the psychological impact of Covid on healthcare workers. Given the continuous evolution of adolescence, in 2023 she completed a Master’s program in School Psychology.

Subsequently, she began collaborating with the Albero di Ohana association and the CREA cooperative in Viareggio (LU), providing psychological support to children and adolescents with autism, Down syndrome, and other disorders. Additionally, she completed internships at the Auxilium Vitae Hospital in Volterra, working in the cardiology, pulmonology, and neurology departments. At the Ospedale del Cuore in Massa, she supported parents of children in neonatal intensive care and conducted psychological counseling in outpatient clinics.

Recognizing the importance of the body in mental disorders and the reciprocal influence between mind and body, she enrolled in the School of Psychotherapy with a Humanistic and Bioenergetic orientation. This integrated approach focuses on the individual as a whole, combining emotional and physical experiences, utilizing not only verbal communication but also physical exercises.
