Urological Surgery

Urological surgery is the branch of surgery that deals with the analysis and treatment of disorders and pathologies of the urogenital system, predominantly in men but also in women. The disorders in question involve the bladder, urethra, and – in men – the penis, prostate, and the genital system in general.

In Urological Surgery, traditional surgical procedures, urological endoscopy (TURB and TURP), and genital surgeries are performed, such as penile and testicular prosthesis implantation, circumcision, and frenuloplasty.
